(PWC/Jetski) training courses.
By purchasing, receiving or redeeming a voucher, the purchaser and voucher
holder agree to the following terms.

  1. Validity
  2. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless
    otherwise stated on the voucher.
  3. The expiry date is strictly enforced. Once expired, vouchers cannot be
    extended, reissued, reactivated, or redeemed.
  4. It is the voucher holder’s responsibility to ensure the voucher is used
    within the validity period.
  5. Booking & Redemption
  6. Vouchers must be redeemed by contacting Get Lost Powerboat Training
Ltd to book a course in advance.
  7. All course dates are subject to availability; holding a voucher does not
guarantee a space on any specific date.
  8. Voucher details must be provided at the time of booking.
  9. Once a voucher has been used to book onto a course, that booking
becomes subject to our standard cancellation and rescheduling policy.
  10. RYA Requirements
  11. All courses delivered by Get Lost Powerboat Training Ltd comply with
Royal Yachting Association (RYA) standards and requirements.

  1. RYA certificates are awarded only when the student meets the required

    certification.
  2. Transfers
  3. Vouchers are transferable to another person, provided the recipient meets
the RYA eligibility criteria for the course.
  4. The voucher holder is responsible for notifying us if the voucher is given
    to another individual.
  5. Refunds
  6. All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  7. No refund, partial refund, or credit will be given for:
    ○ Unused vouchers
    ○ Expired vouchers
    ○ Vouchers purchased in error
    ○ Vouchers that cannot be used due to the recipient’s availability,
    travel, or personal circumstances
    ○ Vouchers that have been partially redeemed
  8. These conditions apply regardless of whether the course places are
    ultimately used.
  9. Weather, Safety & Operational Changes
  10. Get Lost Powerboat Training Ltd may postpone or cancel a course due to
weather, sea state, equipment issues, or any circumstance affecting safety
    or course quality.
  11. If we cancel a course, the voucher holder may rebook another available
date within the original voucher validity period.
  12. No extensions or compensation will be provided due to cancellations
caused by weather or operational factors, as these are outside our control
and form part of normal marine training conditions.
  13. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
  14. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
  15. Proof of purchase may be required if a voucher is reported missing.
  16. Use of Vouchers

    unless explicitly stated.

us, applied toward a different course of equal or higher value (additional
    charges may apply).
  20. Safety & Conduct
  21. Participants must follow all safety briefings and instructions given by our
    RYA-qualified instructors.
  22. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a course if their
behaviour, fitness, or ability poses a safety risk. No refund or credit will
    be issued in such cases.
  23. All activities take place in a dynamic marine environment; participants
accept the inherent risks involved in powerboating and PWC operation.
  24. Liability
  25. Get Lost Powerboat Training Ltd accepts no liability for loss, damage,
injury, or expense arising from the participant’s failure to follow instructor
directions or from circumstances beyond our control.
